Miriam Wells

Miriam Wells is an accomplished negotiator who takes delight in guiding her customers through every stage of the purchasing and selling process. Miriam was born and raised in Marin and San Francisco and works directly with her clients to teach them about the particular communities and market situations in Marin and San Francisco. Miriam selects and oversees strategic house upgrades for her sellers in order to maximize the sale price. She works directly with purchasers, assisting them in familiarizing themselves with possible communities via her intimate knowledge of eateries, hiking trails, and schools in the area.

Miriam earned a master's degree with distinction from Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism. She graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz with a BA in political science. Miriam has considerable expertise spotting value and implementing restorations since she was raised in a family of real estate investors with homes in the Bay Area, Palm Springs, and the East Coast.

Miriam was a successful news writer for newspapers such as The New York Times, CNN, and The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation prior to entering real estate. Miriam is delighted to be back in San Francisco with her French-Canadian husband and their two young sons after an eventful overseas career. Her family enjoys going on hikes and visits to the seaside together.
